Your day-to-day will include delivering high-quality, school-based speech and language therapy while engaging meaningfully with students, families, and colleagues. The caseload will be defined ahead of the start date in Fall 2026, ensuring a well-matched assignment for your background and interests.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Active state licensure as an SLP.
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for fostering growth and learning in children grades K–5.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services for elementary students.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for speech-language needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, bridging care across both school sites.
