Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active State SLP License is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience supporting elementary-aged students (K–5) in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and IEP development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel between two nearby elementary campuses.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
