Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interest or experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
- Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive learning outcomes
- Serve as a resource on communication and language development for educational staff
