Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but open to all strong candidates
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for student-centered therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, create and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in speech-language development and recommendations for accommodations
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to facilitate generalization of therapy goals into the classroom and other settings
