School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Osseo, Minnesota
Take your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist and make a meaningful difference working with students in a supportive school-based environment. You’ll provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services for students ranging from early childhood through high school, collaborating with educators, families, and fellow professionals. Key Qualifications:
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will also be considered
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Compassion for diverse populations and a passion for supporting children’s growth
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop targeted therapy goals and deliver services individually or in groups
• Participate in the creation and implementation of IEPs
• Support educators and families with strategies and resources
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to achieve optimal student outcomes
