Speech Language Pathologist in Saint Francis, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligible for reciprocity)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to assigned caseloads
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliant records, timely documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Provide resources and support to families and educational staff
