Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Background in pediatric services, with knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for pediatric students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to support student progress
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to IEP meetings
- Adapting therapy approaches to meet unique student needs in both individual and group settings
