- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for students
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individual and group, addressing a range of communication needs
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and complete required reporting on student outcomes
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support diverse learning needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
- Educate and consult with staff and caregivers on strategies for generalization of therapy gains
