Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ communication needs
- Keep accurate records of student progress and maintain compliance with state and school policies
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide insights for student success
