Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Shelton, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based caseloads
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to address students’ needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary conferences as required
- Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering guidance on supporting student communication goals
