Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for SLP practice (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and participate actively in multidisciplinary IEP team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment sessions
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to share strategies and facilitate generalization of skills
- Offer prevention, intervention, and consultative services for diverse student needs
