Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services and document student progress according to established goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support students’ success within the school environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
