Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Either CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or eligible CFY status
• Specialized interest or experience in pediatrics and school-based intervention
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide direct therapy sessions and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
