This role is open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs holding the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY
  • Active state Speech-Language Pathology licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Familiarity with pediatric populations and school-based interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations, document progress, and adapt therapy plans as needed
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language development
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth
