Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric settings, preferably within schools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on helping children reach their communication goals
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to support generalization and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide ongoing recommendations
