Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure for SLP, or ability to obtain
- Passion for working with pediatric populations in a school environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
