A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to cover maternity leave at a school setting in Saint Francisville, IL. This onsite role spans from May 4th to May 27th, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while gaining experience in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to approximately 40 students, primarily in grades 3-6 with some middle and high school students
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting
- Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes
- Participate in meetings as needed to support student success
Qualifications:
- Hold valid SLP credentials with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with school-age children is preferred
- Ability to work onsite in a school environment
- Reliable and flexible availability for 3 days per week, any three days between 7:40 AM and 3:10 PM
Location: Saint Francisville, Illinois (onsite)
Schedule: 3 days per week during contract period, flexible day selection within the specified timeframe
