What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school settings working with children and adolescents
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing individualized educational plans (IEPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for K-12 students with speech, language, voice, and/or fluency disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff to ensure coordinated student support
- Maintain up-to-date records, complete documentation, and communicate progress with parents and team members
- Offer resources and support to families and staff as needed, enhancing overall student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
