Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to a variety of speech and language needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in speech-language development
- Consult with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies within the learning environment
- Communicate regularly with families to share progress and provide resources for continued development
