Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Preferred background in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement customized treatment strategies
- Facilitate targeted therapy sessions addressing individualized goals
- Diligently track and document progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapeutic process
