Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license for California
- Proficiency in delivering therapy both in-person and remotely (teletherapy)
- Experience supporting students in school-based and healthcare settings
- Comfortable with various service delivery models, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt to students’ individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy sessions for a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to drive student progress
- Apply best practices in both in-person and virtual environments, ensuring continuity of care and engagement
- Maintain accurate student records and data tracking in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Consult with staff and families, providing strategies for carryover of skills across learning settings
