Role Overview: This part-time position is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist ready to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 30 students. You’ll provide both direct and teletherapy services to children from Pre-K through 2nd grade, with some middle school students as well. The schedule is thoughtfully designed, with two days in-person and two days remote each week, spanning the academic year from August 13, 2026, to June 3, 2027. Enjoy five scheduled holiday weeks built into the school calendar.
Qualifications:
- Current, active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid CTC credential required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage IEPs and collaborate with educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide tailored interventions for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and participate in school-wide initiatives
