Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth evaluations for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop creative, effective, individualized treatment plans to support communication goals
- Lead targeted therapy sessions in accordance with each student’s needs
- Thoroughly track progress and maintain precise documentation of session outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other allied health professionals to deliver cohesive care
- Engage and empower families throughout the therapy process, fostering successful generalization of skills
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a committed member of an interdisciplinary team
