School Speech Language Pathologist - Royal, AR

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in good standing

Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and diagnose students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention in group or one-on-one sessions
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
- Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in professional development
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
