Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
- Provide direct therapy services and document student progress
- Consult and collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and staff to best support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding assessments and services
