Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Pflugerville, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among pediatric students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent student progress
- Document and track student progress in compliance with school and professional standards
- Advocate for students’ communication access and serve as a resource for staff and parents
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise as needed
