Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Antonio, TX

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred; clinical fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in school settings is beneficial, but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with children and adolescents of varying backgrounds and needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Track students’ progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students’ success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student programs
