Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state (CFY and CCC credentials welcomed)
- Experience or familiarity with school-based caseloads, including IEPs and progress documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share insights with fellow SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote inclusive classroom practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
