This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification (CCC) and school experience seeking a travel assignment for the 2026/2027 school year. The role is based in Rosemount, MN, with placement at a transition program in Bloomington, MN, supporting the Early Childhood Special Education program focused on mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services within the Early Childhood Special Education transition program.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support children with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with families and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current SLP certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with early childhood populations.
- Familiarity with special education programs and mental health supports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and effective services.
Location & Schedule:
- Based in Rosemount, MN, with assignment in Bloomington, MN.
- Part-time position offering 24 hours per week.
- Travel to the assignment site as required.
