Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Lakeville, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid license/certification as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Minnesota)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Background in teletherapy is a plus
- CFY and new graduates welcome to apply
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education procedures
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to support diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective intervention strategies
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation to track student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Integrate technology and teletherapy solutions when appropriate
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
