Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Two full-time openings are available—one serving grades 6-12, and another covering PreK-12th grade. The latter role involves a caseload of roughly 20 students in the secondary grades, with an additional 3-5 students per grade at the elementary level. The school year starts September 9 and runs through June 10, offering a defined schedule and plenty of opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, IEP development, and collaboration
- Compassion and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in designated grade ranges
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to maximize student support
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage and communicate with families to support student success
- Support school initiatives and contribute expertise to the educational team
