Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC strongly preferred; CFY considered)
- Active Maryland SLP licensure (Images of licenses required upon hire)
- At least one year of school-based SLP experience or outstanding references/clinical experience
- Ability to commit to minimum 3 days/week, with 35 hours preferred
- Flexibility to handle variable caseloads (individual assignments and schedules tailored to comfort and skillset)
- Must meet House Bill background check requirements
Primary Duties:
- Provide on-site speech and language services in up to three school settings (primarily elementary and middle school)
- Manage caseloads up to 40 elementary, 48 middle, or a peak of 57 students
- Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in supervision and mentorship as needed
- Attend meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations, and document progress
