Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC strongly preferred; CFY considered)
  • Active Maryland SLP licensure (Images of licenses required upon hire)
  • At least one year of school-based SLP experience or outstanding references/clinical experience
  • Ability to commit to minimum 3 days/week, with 35 hours preferred
  • Flexibility to handle variable caseloads (individual assignments and schedules tailored to comfort and skillset)
  • Must meet House Bill background check requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Provide on-site speech and language services in up to three school settings (primarily elementary and middle school)
  • Manage caseloads up to 40 elementary, 48 middle, or a peak of 57 students
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Participate in supervision and mentorship as needed
  • Attend meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations, and document progress
