Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pennsylvania SLP License required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
- Experience working with middle and high school-aged learners preferred
- Strong clinical, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy sessions for students in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and ensure student success
- Maintain timely, accurate records of services rendered and progress toward goals
- Contribute to meetings, documentation, and communication required within a school setting
