Required Qualifications:

  • Active PA SLP License
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Credentials: CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
  • School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to middle and high school students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology in therapy sessions

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $48-50, with 35 hours per week across five days—ensuring a consistent, manageable schedule.
