Required Qualifications:
- Active PA SLP License
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Credentials: CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to middle and high school students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology in therapy sessions
This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $48-50, with 35 hours per week across five days—ensuring a consistent, manageable schedule.
