Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Pennsylvania SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a school environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle and high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators and caregivers for fostering language growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all relevant documentation and standards
