Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work with middle and high school students
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 25–30 students with moderate disabilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services to a diverse caseload of middle and high schoolers
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Support students in achieving communication goals in academic settings
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
