This full-time position is ideal for passionate SLPs, including new graduates, ready to work with elementary-aged students in both general and special education, especially those with ASD. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • State licensure or eligibility in Illinois
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred; new grads welcome (CF supervision available)
  • Comfortable working with ASD and diverse classroom settings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 35-40 elementary students
  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy in school settings
  • Collaborate with educators and families
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
