Step into a pivotal role supporting young learners’ communication development in a welcoming school community near Naperville, IL. As a Speech Language Pathologist working 2-3 days per week with PreK–2nd grade students, you’ll make a meaningful impact by creating inclusive environments for students with diverse needs. Within this contract position, you will collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support each student’s educational journey.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- State certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP licensure)
- Experience providing services in a school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy setting
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with families and staff
- Background working with a range of learning needs and support requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions to students in PreK–2nd grade
- Implement and regularly update IEPs in partnership with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt approaches as needed for continued growth
- Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all learners
