Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Illinois
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy services preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and regular check-ins with leadership
- Collaborate with school staff and fellow SLPs through digital and in-person platforms
- Engage in professional development, annual performance reviews, and continuous process improvement
- Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
