Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting approaches as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
