Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois SLP licensure
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Fluent in Spanish (required, due to dual-language caseload)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred; new graduates welcome (supervision provided)
- Comfort working with elementary-aged students (caseload of 35-40)
- Ability to thrive in a dual-language, Spanish-speaking environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation and therapy services to elementary students (single site)
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families for student success
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Attend orientation and utilize provided resources and materials
