Speech Language Pathologist in Rockford, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Previous experience with school-age populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students in grades K-4 and early childhood
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to support student growth
- Participate in annual performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
- Attend monthly staff meetings and roundtable discussions with colleagues
- Engage in ongoing process improvements and professional development opportunities
- Leverage easy access to supervisory support as well as a Buddy Program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
