School Speech Language Pathologist - Loves Park, Illinois

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Illinois SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in working with K-4th grade and early childhood students
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students K-4 and early childhood evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress
- Engage in collaboration and consultation with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in regular monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement teams focused on best practices
- Take part in annual performance reviews and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Utilize readily available assessment tools, materials, and technology to support your work
