You’ll collaborate with a caseload of approximately 40 students, delivering speech-language services and assessments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Illinois
  • Open to both CCC-SLP and Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants
  • Experience or desire to work with K-4th grade and early childhood populations
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing professional growth

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy and conduct evaluations for K-4th grade and early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school requirements
  • Participate in monthly meetings and engage in roundtable discussions with other clinicians
  • Use district-provided equipment and testing materials
  • Connect in real time with colleagues across the region via the school intranet
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives
  • Join annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
