Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rochester, NY

What you'll bring:
- Valid New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC-SLP certification
- Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with diverse caseloads, particularly with ASD or intellectual disabilities
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt practices to individual student needs and IEP requirements
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for students
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations, diagnostics, and ongoing therapy for your assigned caseload
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing required reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
