ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a school-based contract position near Riverside, California for the 2026–2027 school year.
This opportunity involves working with an elementary school caseload across 1–2 school sites. The caseload consists of students with mild to moderate speech and language needs, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive educational environment.
This is an ideal role for an experienced SLP who enjoys collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication goals and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• California school-based credentials/certifications, if applicable
