This full-time opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, spread across five days, providing valuable speech and language interventions to a caseload of approximately 65 students. Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Previous experience working as a school-based SLP preferred
- Ability to manage and organize care for a diverse caseload
- Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, parents, and special education teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, therapy, and support services for high school and middle school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with student needs
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as required
- Consult and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Utilize evidence-based methods to support speech and language growth
