You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule—37.5 hours per week over five days—allowing you to build meaningful connections with students and watch their progress unfold across the academic year. Your caseload will focus on approximately 65 students, giving you the chance to make measurable improvements in both group and individual settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Indiana SLP license required
  • Prior experience working with adolescents in school settings preferred
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and carry out progress monitoring
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ needs
  • Document progress, collaborate with academic teams, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with school and state requirements
  • Educate staff and students on strategies to augment communication and inclusion
