Your caseload will focus on approximately 65 students, giving you the chance to make measurable improvements in both group and individual settings.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Indiana SLP license required
- Prior experience working with adolescents in school settings preferred
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and carry out progress monitoring
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ needs
- Document progress, collaborate with academic teams, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with school and state requirements
- Educate staff and students on strategies to augment communication and inclusion
