Speech Language Pathologist in Cathedral City, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Strong organizational skills and confidence managing a varied caseload
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate students to identify communication or language disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions individually and in groups
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of services and progress
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to inform instruction and supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
