Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working with school-age populations, including IEP development and implementation
- Strong understanding of various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to identify speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development activities
