Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license
- Valid CTC (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF), with supervision secured
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but supervision can be arranged for CF candidates
- SLPA credentials will not be considered for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech/language therapy to diverse student populations
- Use evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and existing case managers
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district standards
- Travel between assigned campuses as itinerant support, with district-promised commute caps
