Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with school and regulatory policies
- Consult with educators, parents, and caregivers to support student development and classroom strategies
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other team collaborations
