Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student progress
- Educate and support families regarding speech and language development strategies
