Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required for SLP roles
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility, or hold an active SLPA certification
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for practice in Arizona
- Experience or strong interest in serving students in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain accurate, timely student records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader educational team
- If holding an SLPA position, work under the provided supervision of a licensed SLP as required
